What power supply do FM grinders use?

The rated power supply is 220 V, 50/60 Hz. When enquiring, include the country where the grinder will be used and the site’s power supply so the sales team can advise on the electrical configuration. Use the voltage and frequency shown on the machine’s nameplate.

How much space should I plan for my grinder?

FM98 is 501.8 mm high. YODA 100 and YODA 120 measure 309.4 × 244 × 401 mm. Alongside the machine’s footprint, allow room to add beans, collect grounds and access the grinder for cleaning. Share your counter measurements and preferred model with the sales team when planning a new setup.

What warranty comes with an FM grinder?

FM grinders carry a one-year warranty for faults not caused by user damage; burrs are excluded. During the warranty period, the factory provides replacement parts and guidance videos to distributors or customers. Service after one year is chargeable. For help, have your model, serial number and purchase record ready.

What should I prepare before installing a commercial coffee grinder?

Measure the counter width, depth and overhead space, allowing access for filling, grounds collection and cleaning. Check the delivery route and choose a supporting surface suited to the equipment’s weight. Have a qualified installer check the electrical supply against the machine’s nameplate before connecting it.

What information helps with grinder servicing or spare-parts enquiries?

Include the model, serial number, nameplate photo, purchase date, seller and a description of the issue. A clear photo of the part or a short video can help explain what you are seeing. Only record the equipment when it is safe to do so, without opening the machine. Agree repair or return arrangements with your service contact before shipping.

How do I adjust the grinding speed on YODA 100 and YODA 120?

Use the speed-control knob on the front of the grinder. Turn clockwise to increase the speed and anticlockwise to reduce it. Both YODA 100 and YODA 120 have a 100–700 rpm range. Keep a record of your speed, grind setting and dose when refining a coffee recipe.

How should I prepare my YODA grinder for cleaning and maintenance?

Switch off the grinder and unplug it before cleaning or maintenance. Hold the plug itself when disconnecting it; do not pull the cable. Follow the operating instructions for your model. For routine maintenance and burr-zero calibration, contact your seller for the corresponding video guide. Have your model and serial number ready when asking for service or replacement parts.

Which compliance documents can I view for FM grinders?

EMC, RoHS and electrical safety documents are available for FM80, FM98 and FM120. The electrical safety document lists the 220–240 V, 50/60 Hz, 1000 W configuration. Choose documents by model and electrical rating.

Where can I find operating and care instructions for my FM grinder?

The use and care section covers FM98 and FM120, FM180 Commercial and Industrial, and YODA 100. Start with the guide for your model. For maintenance and replacement parts, contact the FM support team.

How can I identify a part for a service enquiry?

Use the reference numbers in the original FM flat-burr or conical assembly drawing to describe a part. Include your grinder’s model, serial number and a photo so the service team can match the component. Contact FM support for maintenance and repairs.
